Great and Quick Battery Replacement Service! I visited RX Infotech (Lapcare Service Centre) today for a battery replacement, as my previous one got damaged within seven months. The replacement process was smooth and quick—they just verified some basic details like my name, address, and mobile number, and immediately provided me with a new battery. I’m happy with the service and the hassle-free replacement process. Important Note: If you're visiting for a battery replacement, make sure to bring only the battery, not the laptop, because they do not install the battery for you. They only replace the old battery with a new one. I wasn’t aware of this, so they asked me to remove my battery myself before handing it over. Since I had never opened my laptop before, I struggled a bit, but luckily, a kind person who was there for a RAM replacement helped me remove the old battery and install the new one. Overall, the service is efficient and reliable, but it would be helpful if they mentioned this battery removal requirement in advance. Also note that the shop is closed on Sundays and they have a half day on Saturdays.
